Irish Soda Bread Recipe?

Asked by missymoo (5points) March 16th, 2009

Does any one have a recipe for Irish soda bread that includes wheat bran? I lost my recipe. I can remember most of the ingredients but I don’t remember the quantities. I know it did not have rolled oats. Please help! Thank you!

Just a thought… if you’re needing it for St. Patty’s Day tomorrow on short notice, my recipe is the easiest!

1. Turn ignition.
2. Drive to Whole Foods.
3. Purchase.
4. Enjoy.

They make a wonderful one. Worry free.

@Judi: Sincerely, my comment was meant as a suggestion. I’ve had their Soda Bread once before and remember thinking it was good. Was not sure if she is making it because she did not know where to get it at the store.

Sorry for the misunderstanding! Good luck!
