Is using multiple light sources at the same time (ie: computer monitor and neon light) affecting my vision in some way? And if yes, how ? Thank you…

Ah I wouldn’t be too worried. But give your eyes a break every hour or two, for about 5 minutes. And look at something far away whenever you can.

Having mointors and stuff up to bright can effect your eyes.

Quizmaster is right. Make sure that you look away from the screen for about 5 minutes every hour and focus on something more then 10 feet away. In every workplace productivity guide I’ve ever read, it mentions this as a way to safeguard your eyes from the damage that is caused by looking at a monitor for extended periods.

It’s also keeping you up later at night.
