I have a family alltel plan, and my contract has expired. I was wondering if i could get a new phone and my mom could also get one (they have a buy one get one free Blackberry special) even if her contract isnt up.

You just have to call them or go to a store and ask if you’re eligible for an upgrade. If you are, you will have to resign for 2 years to get the discount on the phone.
