Is the show Operation Repo legit?

I dont know if its just me but ive watched a few episodes on Tru TV and this show just seems fake to me. I get they have cameras in the truck that might make it seem real but some of the episodes whoever was getting towed just seemed like an actor.

At the opening of every episode I believe it says that everything is reenacted.

Amazingly, almost everything on TruTV is incredibly fake. What a joke. Operation Repo is no exception.
