www.fancast.com is where I go. Not the best selection, but the quality is good and it’s completely free and legal.

I really like hulu.com – I don’t know how good their movie selection is, but I’ve always been very happy with the TV shows that I’ve watched there…

The Auteurs is a great ‘social film’ site where you can watch some films for free. Really good ones too.

Netflix.com has some free movies.

the two i go to most are www.vid-stream.com and www.watch-movies-links.net. they are the best because if you can find the Divx version of a movie sometimes you can keep it for later viewing. And you also don’t have to wait for 10 hours to watch or go through spam to get to the link.

Our public library now offers downloads of movies. Maybe yours does too.
I also get a lot of movies on DVD from the library. I love it! Free and I get to keep ‘em for 3 weeks to view at my leisure.
