1. What time do you wake up?
2. Do you have any hobbies?
3. Other than the money—since you can get paid for doing a variety of things—what types of satisfaction do you get out of your work?
4. Would you rather be able to fly or become (at will) invisible?
5. If the economy crashed hard and there was no more room for you in the business sector, what would you do with yourself?

2. In hindsight, why do you think it failed to reach its potential?
3. What motivates you on a day to day basis?
4. How do you motivate people that aren’t close to you and enable them to see your vision?
5. How do you remind yourself of what’s important?

1. Why would anybody want to read/listen/watch this interview.
2. Who is the audience (so I know what questions to ask).
3. Where does the energy go when I ask a question? (so I can follow it to interesting topics they interviewee wants to talk about).
4. Which answers I should follow and how they add value to my audience.
5. What questions I forgot to ask but the person would like to answer.
