Windows 7 RC/Final Installation Issues?

I have used Windows 7 beta a while ago but could not keep it as my main system. There were hardware and software incompatibilites. These may be solved with the RC. It tood me a while to get all of my apps, settings etc installed on the beta version. My question is if I do a fresh install of the RC and everything works fine, when the final version is out, will I be able to upgrade from the RC or will I have to go through another (3rd) fresh install??
