Is there a social networking aggregation management tool available?

i don’t know about 20, but digsby offers a lot of options. tweetdeck just added facebook support, fwiw.

FriendFeed may be what you are looking for. Unfortunately, it doesn’t do much for management. But it is a good visualization for your social stuff.

Maybe combined with Ping.fm, too.

You probably already know this but there looks to be some new ones that sound like exactly what you need. I’m going to try some of them out myself.
