Are there a limit to How many computers I put Logic Studio 8 on?

Is there an activation system, ala Adobe Products

The Software License Agreement will tell you that information; fyi, you can install on one desktop and one laptop, provided the two aren’t running at the same time. The online activation will allow both to be authorized upon initial install.
