You have to buy sticks of memory to put onto the memory slots of your motherboard inside your computer. This scanner will tell you what sort of memory your computer needs. You don’t have to buy it from Crucial, though, just look at the DDR type, write it down and search for memory at Newegg.com, where it might be cheaper.

RAM modules are thin cards that you install inside of your desktop or laptop computer. Depending on the make or model of your computer, you will have to use a different type of RAM card. They typically look a lot like this, although they may vary in size.

This video does a reasonable job of explaining how to install RAM in a MacBook Pro. It’s reasonably similar for installing it in any type of laptop, although how you get to the cards may vary. Usually the manual will explain.

That I’ll have to charge you for…ok what the hey, i’m feeling generous. Right click and save as BLUERAY.DVD…you might need a driver or something..it still has some bugs.
