What glue should i use for a glass lcd cover for my iphone 2g?

i bought one of the glass lcd covers for iphone 2gs on ebay, but it didn’t come with any adhesive. what kind of glue tape, epoxy, or what have you should i use?

I would not use any screen protector that required a permanent adhesive like that. The purpose of a screen protector is to protect the screen from damage and then be removable. If your screen protector is permanently glued to your screen then either you’re not going to be able to get it off and when it scratches it’ll be permanent, or when you try to take it off it’s going to do more damage than if you hadn’t used one at all.

Did the people selling it not tell you how to apply it to the device? Sounds fishy to me, I would definitely not glue anything to my iPhone.

@StellarAirman Sorry, I guess you misinterpreted my question. My glass is cracked, and I was going to replace it using a new glass plate that would lodge into the bezel around the iPhone, completely replacing the faceplate. There are YouTube videos of this being done in a tedious process, but I am not sure how to make sure it stays.
