What are the most powerful speakers you can buy for about $30?

I’m not talking quality, but pure, loudness. Quality is good. But the words of the day are loud and bass. I’m willing to squeeze the price.

Logitech computer speakers give the best bang for the buck. You get what you pay for, though. Here is a pair that might suit you, and are inside your price range:

@tehrani625 They need to feed out to a standard audio jack, be slightly portable (fit easily in a backpack with other stuff) and can be powered.
