Interlink mouse not working properly?

I recently got this mouse: http://www.smklink.com/index.php?id=NzM5. After i paired it with my Mac (Leopard) The clicking and scrolling worked. But the optical sensor is not lit up, and the mouse won’t well, move the mouse on my screen. Does anyone know how i can make my mouse work as a mouse?

Did it ever work?

Can you test it on another computer?

It is possible that it was just broken when you got it.
