Can I send an e-mail with a picture from the iPhone to a phone without an e-mail address?

like sending it to the 10 digit number@something.com?

I can imagine that you can. A text message or picture message is basically an email. To send an email to someone, they have to have an email address. For most cellphones, their email addresses are the 10 digit number@cellprovidername.com. If you now what service the person is using, then check out the following list…It seems to have a pretty complete list of all the possible addresses.
