Does Windows have something similar to sudo?

Asked by bomyne (639points) July 4th, 2009

Okay, I love the UAC thing in Windows Vista and possibly Windows 7, but I was just curious,, instead of right clicking a shortcut and clicking run as administrator, is there something similar to sudo that I can just throw in a shortcut box or use on the command line?
