There is no quick fix for longer hair. Eat well, get enough sleep, drink lots of water, basically just be healthy and your hair will be healthy. Don’t use crappy products on your hair. Keep getting trims so split ends don’t get worse. Thin hair looks good with some layers or a stacked bob.

Lots of washing / rubbing your hair / scalp will so i here make it grow a tad faster, as this stimulates the growth . This may just be an old wives tale

I have fine hair too. It’s longish. I brush mine alot. I only blow dry when necessary and had it layered to look thicker. My hair grows slow…and there really is nothing you can do to make it grow faster.

any good hair styles?

You might try Biotin. One 5,000 mg capsule with each meal.

My mom always said a bob or page boy cut. I hope you know what those are. She said those cuts would make it look thicker.

As a child, I was always told to reach 100 brush strokes in one day.

Let’s skip the potential ignorance. I suggest staying away from the evils of heat-iron products, for starters. As mentioned, scrubbing/massaging your scalp (ideally when shampooing) gets the blood flowing, hence faster growing hair.

I’m not entirely sure, but I might’ve read somewhere that hair grows faster when you’re younger.
