If you can, start playing background music upon loading the page without a button to turn it off. Preferably an annoying song that only takes a few seconds, then set to repeat. Oh, and the <blink> and <marquee> HTML tags do wonders.

You could also look for shock images like goatse but that might be less appreciated. Plus, you’d have to look at it yourself.
