What to do to prevent getting ill (a cold)

I’m sorto sneezing now and then and later in the evening my throat feels a bit soar.
My brother visited me 2 days ago and he had just been ill…
So I’m trying to prevent myself from getting ill.
What works for you? Stuff I can do, not do or eat/drink?
