What's the name of this product?

I’m thinking of the little pads that you can put your fingers on to moisten them for shuffling through papers, so you don’t have to lick your fingers. When I saw them last, they looked like small round inkpads with tops you can flip up and then close. Thanks guys, my whole office will love you if you can tell me this!

Sortkwik is one but it’s like a balm it lasts longer and has no taste that can be discovered accidentally and leaves no residue on clothing, you can also buy Thimblettes.

@asmonet Thanks! and yes, I did skip the no-kill part of your kitten post, my bad – but more on that later

No problem. :)

Go to your bank or supermarket and ask the clerks. They use that stuff like crazy.

Or, you could look here. There are other suggestions. :)
And links to products that might be another option.

Also, I demand cookies from your office. Post-haste.

They’re called finger cots, if I’m not mistaken.

@Jeruba: They’re looking for the moisteners, not the covers. But those would work too. :)

I always preferred the finger cots (we called them finger condoms… we were so mature lol) when I was working with a lot of paper. I was doing insurance in the personnel dept. of a large company, so it truly was a lot. The sticky stuff never worked long enough for me.
