Who is the artist and what is the name of the song with the following lyrics?

Asked by drdoombot (8145points) August 10th, 2009

Here are the lyrics:

Young stuff, you’re turning me on
But tomorrow you’ll be gone
You bring memories I missed
Young stuff, I can’t resist

When I moan and groan and quiver
And I make that body shiver
On a night you will remember
You’ll explode in sweet surrender

Young stuff, you’re turning me on
But tomorrow you’ll be gone
You bring memories I missed
Young stuff, I can’t resist

I’m aquiver with desire
You’re the spark that lights my fire
On this night you will remember
You’ll explode in sweet surrender

Young stuff, you’re turning me on
But tomorrow you’ll be gone
You bring memories I missed
Young stuff, I can’t resist

Press your body close to mine
Make me feel so fine
All you need I’ll teach to you
I can make your dreams come true

I’ve searched high and low on Bing and Google, but the only relevant results are other people asking about this song and a cover by a band named The Scrotal Abnormalities (they refer to the song as “Young Stuff” and “Sweet Surrender,” but nothing about the original artist). Besides the lyrics, the only other thing I know is that it is sung by a woman and it’s probably from the 70’s or earlier.

Interestingly enough, the only audio sample I’ve been able to find of this song is in the background audio of a porn video. I’d link to it, but it’s probably against Fluther’s TOS.

“Young Stuff” by The Scrotal Abnormalities.

You do know how to use Google, don’t you? It’s the fisrt thing you get if you enter the first line.

Unless you are the Scrotal Abnormalities and are just driving up bussiness

At first read, I thought it might be something from the Lords of Acid… but it’s actually too clean and circumspect.

Did anyone bother reading the opening post? I used Google and I found the version by The Scrotal Abnormalities. That is not the one I was looking for. They did a cover; I want to know the original artist (so I can find an MP3 of the song).

@drdoombot: have you tried asking “The Scrotal Abnormalities” what song they are covering song through their MySpace page?

Oddly enough, the MySpace page claims that the band’s web page is the Last FM page for a band called Already Eaten that has essentially NO information on it.

Good luck!

@drdoombot, I might be mistaken, but when I originally answered the question, I don’t believe your discussion portion of the question was filled out with so much detail… like where you instructed us to ignore the Scrotal Abnormalities.

@robmandu It’s not like I went back and edited it. Once someone has commented, editing features are turned off.

More than likely, you just skipped over it.

@robmandu I agree i never seen that part either , i am 95% sure it was edited after we posted .

@drdoombot, actually, you can edit your question for something like 5 minutes after initial posting, regardless whether someone has answered already or not. Same for quips in line.

Not a big deal. I tried to rectify the matter with my Lords of Acid shot in the dark.

I do not know the name or the author, but it is from the movie Taboo 3. I found a link to the recording with no author though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B9EbbhysXF8 I think it is from a porno or they went overboard with the sound effects… Thought this would help.
