Can I buy the first 2 books in the Twilight Saga in hardcover?

Asked by desiree333 (3219points) August 10th, 2009

I have all of the books, but I like hardcover better because they stand up straight on my bookshelf and they just look better. The third and fourth books (eclipse, breaking dawn) are hardcover so I don’t need to replace those. Does anyone know if I can get Twilight and New Moon in hardcover at mainstream bookstores like Chapters, Coles etc? I checked on Chapters.ca but I don’t see anything about hardcover.

No just the last two.
But if you purchase the special edition ones they will be hardcover.

To display on a bookshelf? I thought they were meant to be hidden and read where noone can see you do it like the dirty dirty dirty shame they are meant to be?

@InspecterJones You probably haven’t even tried reading them. I can’t believe someone even gave you lurve for that comment, that’s the dirty shame.

@mirza Sorry, I forgot to mention that I live in Canada, and I only have a Chapters and a Coles. Do you know if they would have them there?

Well, I know that you can find the first 2 in hardback, but it is hard to do so. The copies that I have I found in a small book store, one of the ones you wouldn’t think about going in to.

Get them from Amazon: Twilight and New Moon.

Though I am inclined to agree with @InspecterJones.
