pneumonia is a condition where the alveoli of the lungs become inflammed; the condition itself is not contagious just as another condition like asthma or allergies aren’t…

The cause of the condition can vary and can be contagious if it is a virus or can be spread if it is bacterial given the environment, but can also be related to other types of aggravated exposure such as exposure to harmful chemicals. The condition can also be brought on from other systemic illnesses of the body, especially in the elderly.

Only a trained doctor or medical professional can diagnose the condition and/or its pathology, so don’t mistake the info being delivered here as medical advice-I’m just an audio and tech geek (whose parents work in the medical field).
