What items would you like to have/see in a bachelor pad?

A fully stocked bar and lots & lots of condoms.

A wooden wine rack.

Depending on your budget, have a maid come in to clean once a week.

Small trays for the coffee table, dining table, bedside table are nice for coralling stuff.
A huge funky ugly lamp is always a good idea.
A cookbook and a fire extinguisher.
Lysol NeutraAir is a good unscented room deodorizer.

@kruger_d: the small trays, perfect- at least one that will welcome keys, wallet and whatever else gets pulled from the pockets.

a doctor’s table with stirrups, and fully stocked doctors instruments. some candles, some oils, don’t get me started. and i’d like my doctor to be a bachelor.

Seriously, some toilet paper secreted somewhere for when female visitors come over. That way its not out and visible to be used (and not easily reached from the toilet) and put on the “get some later” list since its not as essential for males as females and its there if it needs to be. I had some guy friends who I would go hang out with and bring my own TP since they never had any and it was always on the list. I took to keeping the 4 rolls for a dollar kind in my car and leaving the roll there when I left which was probably enabling them, but at least I could potty while I was there.

I would guess most women would want to see a clean bathroom, kitchen and clean sheets.

Condom stash, alcohol, random signs you’d see anywhere, kickass stereo system, kickass microwave, no oven, dishwasher,kickass gamesystem,hobby item like skateboard or guitar or bike, and definitely V8 drenk

And don’t go cheap on the furniture & decorations. Go to Pier 1 and buy you some matching, coordinated stuff!
