Where can I get a codec for windows movie maker to edit flv. files?

I know nothing about codecs.
But i read some days ago that there is this new Windows Live Movie Maker .
Maybe the codec is included?

I’m not 100% certain but as far as I know you can’t. That extension is flash and even so you couldn’t edit it without the original .FLA file.
