Need help with Boot Camp?

I was trying to install Boot Camp on my Mac and I chose 32 GB for Windows. Then this appeared.
What does it mean and what do I do now?

Exactly what it says, and it tells you what you need to do.

I reinstalled Mac OS X, made a partition of the HD (FAT32) and then installed Windows XP SP3.
