Looking for some really good quotes, specifically business quotes?

Quite clear what I need. I’m thinking John Capozzi til Donald Trump. What quotes do you like and why? Do you actually do as you say? Have you ever coined or spun a phrase?

You’ll need to think slightly creatively to make this fit a business setting….hopefully!

Empower your people to “do the right thing” versus “do what’s right by the book.” (This, of course, may depend on how regulated your business is!)
