Is it possible to get read receipts in Mac OsX Mail?

For certain messages pertaining to business i need to get read receipts fr my personal records. I have no idea how to do this in Mail for Mac OSX and want to know if it is possible and how to go about it.

Here is a workaround to get read receipts in OSX mail. There doesn’t seem to be an actual preference you can turn on in order to receive receipts, so through the terminal would the best way to go about this.
