What was the shutter speed on the first Kodak camera?

I know the shutter speed was fixed but I cannot find any information on what speed it was fixed at? Does anyone know anything about this or know where I can find information on it?

The 1888 Kodak had a shutter speed of about 1/ 25th of a second. (source).
