BREAKING NEWS! I just noticed NewZen’s avatar, and it suggests he is the cult leader. This is unsettling news indeed, because who in their right mind would follow Zen? We can only hope the CIA is listening in on this thread, because this might get ugly!

I am so terribly confused. Both Zen and EPZ admitted their lurve for me and I in turn fell in lurve with them. And I showered them both (remind me to tell you how Zen kept knocking the soap out of EPZ’s hand and then would break into the biggest fluckin smile I’ve ever seen as well other tales from “three jellies in a shower”, but I digress). I showered them both with lurve, very serious lurve and they seemed content and happy, (as well as two shower mates could be).
And then they deleted their accounts, (without the courtesy of notifying me in advance), thereby deleting all the lurve I lavished upon them. Somehow, I feel they have cheapened my precious lurve and have tossed me back into the ocean, abandoned, alone, cold and unlurved. Those mother fluckers!
So then I discover, they opened new accounts under new usernames. I’ve read this thread and I am just as confused as to why they have done this as I was to them unceremoniously dumping me.
So I figured I would try it as well. No, I didn’t close that other account. wtf is a lurve whore and would kill me if I tossed all his precious lurve overboard.
But, do you know something? Floating, here, before you as I am, I feel refreshed and liberated. I can feel all the free lurve I hope will come my way and I will share all my lurve freely with you as well. Besides, this gives me the opportunity to quit writing those 10K celebration short stories and just say congratulations early in the thread (those seem to always get more lurve than my later posted stories, anyhow). So, I’m going cold-turkey and quitting that immediately. And I will not go back and catch the two I missed. I do lurve Allie a lot….she is a party animal and friends with John Ryan Powell which makes her a winner in my book. And Andrew? He never wanted me here. @sccrowell had to beg him to allow me to join. And for all I know, she probably continues to send him cash , my cash, to allow wtf to play here. Free site my ass. Ben is the brains behind this place anyhow. Andrew is just the spokesperson that’s along for the ride (and the reason Ben paid for all of Andrew’s acting lessons…..like those did a bit of good).

wtf, here (I think). ftw was sort of fun, briefly, but I think I’ll just stick with wtf to avoid confusion (mine, if not, yours).
Besides, I already maxed on lurve from him (j/k), and even tho I could probably amass quite a bit of lurve as ftw, I rather doubt my good friend Andrew, would allow me to consolidate the two amounts (doing so, would, of course, not be fair). Once again, I’m just kidding (everyone knows Andrew is not a good friend of mine, but, I might address such a request to Ben…...OK, STOP….I do like Andrew…he’s the one who started the teasing, but I’ll be the bigger man (well, doesn’t that go with out saying) and stop that foolishness, as well, right now. But don’t you wonder about several others, who had been active, but cancelled their accounts? Did they just quit and go away? Or, did they return under another username but in a covert manner as to avoid a connection to their prior username? Are they lurking in these waters with an unknown motive or devious plan?

@everyone, I saw no need to return covertly, if I had, don’t you think I’d be smart enough to NOT USE the word zebra in my Jelly name?

The reasons I deleted EPZ are varied, and personal, and I really don’t have to say anything at all. But (some of) you want to know, so let me say this. I did something on Fluther as EPZ that I am not proud of, and I did it because I let my emotions (and my pride) get the better of me. I was a jerk to the n th degree, and it had ruined the Fluther experience for me, and obviously someone else. Being EPZ wasn’t the fun thing it had always been; it became the albatross around my neck.

I’d been wanting to change to a new user name, and this latest act of personal vengeance had been the clincher. Jesus Christ! A mod had to break us up like the playground monitor! I have child-like tendencies, but I am ashamed to say I acted very immature and childish that day. I am still pretty embarrassed and ashamed of my actions. So I decided to ‘kill’ EPZ and start over again.

And finally, after reaching 10K, the collection of lurve points was no longer fun for me. others might enjoy the climb to 20K, 30K, 40K or even 100K, but after awhile, those numbers don’t even mean anything. Lurve won’t buy you a cup of coffee or a bag of chips. 10K was a destination, and the journey there was by far more fun than the actual arrival. I suppose if I make it to 10K again, then I’ll delete this account and start a new one. But you’ll always know it is me, because I have nothing to hide. It’ll be zebra or Evelyn or some combination of the two.

I’m deleting my account because, after a long absence, I came back only to see that the quality of interaction here has continued to degrade. I find the older I get, the less patience I have for ignorance and stupidity. I know there are (or rather, were) quite a few great people here, but many of them are on Facebook where I can enjoy them without having to put up with the judgmental morons that seem to have invaded Fluther.
