Does anyone know how long it will take to get my Windows 7 upgrade disk?

I purchased a gateway laptop computer back in July and was promised an upgrade to Windows 7 when it was released. The still have not received the upgrade and was wondering if anyone know how long stuff like this takes.

yeah, you’d have to call gateway to find out. You may have to inform them that you want it before they send it out. That way they can make money on the people who forget.

That said, get it as soon as possible. 7 is a much better OS then Vista.

It must be a slow down with Gateway. I pre-ordered a copy from Newegg.com and received it last Friday. Installed the upgrade and am liking the OS very much.
