“PC makers are now putting the finishing touches on a legion of laptops and computers with sophisticated multi-touch capabilities to coincide with the release of the touch-screen friendly Windows 7 operating system. The new controls will enable two-finger multi-touch control for” ... selecting, moving and rotating items such as photographs on the screen.

We have a little HP tablet PC that we picked up. Upgraded to Windows 7 and love it.

Windows 7 supports multi-touch, not just touch. So you can use more fingers to execute gestures.

I’ve used Windows 7 but not it’s multi-touch capability.
