Is there a way of checking what Question earned you a particular Fluther Award?

Asked by Fernspider (3597points) November 2nd, 2009

I’ve looked everywhere but I am known for missing the obvious.

Is this possible to check or not?

No, but I wish there was!

Click on your avatar or user name. When your profile comes up, click on one of the awards; the whole list (which is growing by parthenogenesis, it seems) will appear.

@gailcalled It’s too bad there isn’t an award for using great words like parthenogenesis!

@jeffgoldblumsprivatefacilities: There is. Milo brings me a freshly killed mouse.

Fernspider's avatar

Ahhh, it shows how I have earned the award but not which question/answer caused me to earn it.

Does that make sense?

gailcalled's avatar

Yes. Too much micromanaging would be exhausting for both the programmer and the recipient.

avvooooooo's avatar

@gailcalled But it doesn’t tell you what specific action triggered the award. Which is the question.

gailcalled's avatar

Oops. I misunderstood. The answer is that there is no way of figuring that out now, as far as I know.

Ben and Andrew need to get off their lazy butts and fix Fluther so that we may be able to find out things such as this.
God, you guys. Let’s get busy. We don’t pay you two to just sit around resting on you laurels.

And if there are over 5500 people who get one award, why not find out which question triggered it?

Damn right.
