What is your speculation on the shooting at Ft. Hood?

Turn on the news, there’s been a shooting at Ft. Hood in Texas. They’re reporting 7 dead and 12 injured. Confirming 2 gunmen and possibly a third. They don’t know if the shooters are soldiers or not. What are your thoughts?
