Why do I keep getting signed out of Tikilive?

The Live TV Software that I have came with a TV player and a TV toolbar. One of the live channels I get on the TV toolbar is TLC. TLC is powered by Tikilive. The problem is that when I’m watching this channel, every few minutes, the channel kicks me off and says:

You have been signed out because some one else connected with this user.

I don’t have an account with Tikilive. Would signing up for Tikilive help stop this message from coming up every few minutes?
