Is it possible to find out if you are pregnant through a blood test within the first few days of possibly conceiving?

I don’t know but I’m impressed she could get a blood test on a Sunday???!!! It’s been a long time since I was pregnant but I doubt there’s anything in blood one day later. I doubt the spermies have even found the egg yet.
