How many days of eating pineapple are required to change the flavor of certain body fluids?

I have heard that a ‘certain body fluid’ exchanged during sex can pickup the flavor of cigarettes and certain fruits and vegetables. How many days prior to the ‘tasting’ do I have to eat massive amounts to get the flavor into my ‘fluids’? Theoretical or personal experience is welcome.
