Ads Keep Showing As "Public Ads By Google"?

I changed the theme 3 times already, and text, or image Ads still Show the same thing. so could anybody help me out?

Under your settings for Google ads you can choose if you want to show public ads when others are not available or no ads at all. If you are using the option of matched content for your blog it can take up to a few days to match up ad content and thus show on your blog.
