Are there any resources/books you could reccommend for a mid-career change?

Hello. I am at a point in my life where I am reassessing where I want it to go and what I want to do as a career in the future. Have any of you been through a mid-career change? Do you have any advice? Where there any resources or books you found helpful?

I have spent my whole life working toward owning my own business, I did it and I hated it. I just didn’t have a back up plan. I need help. Where do I go now? What do I do? How do I figure it out?
