I think it's 200-300 calories/day

I just had a baby last October, 2nd child I’ve nursed. Actually nursed my daughter for 9 months. Everything I’ve researched, questions to my doctor, children’s pediatrician…all of them say 500 calories/day. It seems to be pretty accurate. That’s about what I’ve needed to add to my diet to keep up (or not add to lose some baby weight..lol). Hope this helps!
