A little, but I’ve come to accept that I can’t avoid them entirely, so I’ve pretty much given up.

I probbaly should be, but I’m not. Not really. Even if I were, what would I do about it?

Yes. Not only food and makeup. Every household product—detergents, cleaning materials, toothpaste, hair shampoos, toilet/shower soap, conditioners, perfume. Virtually every product we have in our home contains toxic chemicals. Where do all these chemicals go? Back into the water system. Not a nice thought. I do believe Amway products are not toxic and good (despite all the negative publicity about them) but they are too expensive to purchase.

Not particularly, as it regards food additives. I’m more concerned about eating spoiled food, or about paying an arm and a leg for food that is “rushed” to me before it has a chance to go bad, or about the food that would go bad in my refrigerator in a day, rather than a week. I’m also concerned about the bacteria and other nasties that do live in and on everything I own, no matter how well I clean it. So anything that gives me an edge on “clean” (especially considering how little of that I do!) is welcome.

I’m sort of concerned about unhealthy additives in makeup, though, now that you mention that. Does that mean that I should stop licking it off her?

There certainly isn’t anyway to avoid it and if you really want to, its going to cost you.

Yes, and I try to avoid them.

Yes, and I try to consume whole foods-things I cook myself. And my make-up the not tested on animals kind tho it still doesn’t mean it’s good for me.
