What's the best way to get the best tickets for a rock concert?

My friends need to fulfill their lifelong dream to see Iron Maiden in concert. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster and LiveNation starting 3/1 at 10 a.m. What’s the best method to score the best seats?

I’d hazard a guess and say that the livenation site will redirect you to ticketmaster. It seems that I’ve had that happen before. I’d say just sit on ticketmaster continually refreshing and wait until they’re released.

it will cost u more but if you buy the tickets from a third party business you can always get good tickets.

I went to Global Gathering on the weekend without any money or a ticket. Some tripper gave me two free tickets at the door & I had one of the best days of my life thrusting to gorillaz and mark ronson. I recommend standing around gates and hugging strange overweight men in blonde wigs.
