Is there a way to use a password to access the mail application on my recently jailbroken iPod Touch?

I want to have my mail on my iPod touch but I have some things that i don’t want othe people to look at… Any way to set a password to the app?

jailbroken ipod I would stay clear of using passwords chances are it is no longer secure

This has become a huge problem for jailbroken iPhones and iPod Touches. They are completely unsecured right now. I would revert back to the stock firmware ASAP.

And about the jailbroken app, make sure you turn off wifi when you’re not using, make sure you have it set to ask you when it joins a new network, and I can’t stress this enough, make sure you change your SSH password if you haven’t already (both for root and for mobile). That’s it.
