Are there individuals with a particular personality type that you have a hard time getting along with?

The cocky fellow, the know-it-alls, the male chauvinists, those of a few words, the show offs, those who tend to play the victim, Debbie Downers.. which of these tends to rub you the wrong way the most? Or, perhaps there is another personality type that I didn’t mention. Basically, you have a hard time gelling with these people. And, if you have to interact with them on a daily basis, it sucks. Perhaps, you do your best not to have these people in your life. Maybe, they remind you of your Dad.
Or, are you the type of person who doesn’t let those mentioned above get to you/ you tend to get along with most people?

Can’t stand show-offs, braggarts, people who talk ill of someone behind their back
I hate know-it-all. My BIL was like that. He had an answer to everything (or so he thought). I also have a sister-in-law like that. We never see each other. Wonder why?
Those who are condecending everyone around them.
I can get along with anyone, but people who are control freaks or constant complainers really get me down. I also don’t like to be around those who like to talk shit about others.
Controlling people and people with an agenda (for me) are at the top of my list.

I hate women that think they have their shit together and the only thing they have is a sweet piece of ass.
People who are too controlling and think they know the answer to everything really irritate me. I don’t mind when people have opinions about practically everything, but if you can’t even admit that you might be wrong… Grr! Those who are condescending for no reason also bug the crap out of me.
People who don’t recognize that I have more intelligence in my massive penis than they do in their entire brain.
You know what irks me, people who go on about the fact that they have a massive penis.

Overly religious or overly athiest people who are so convinced that they are right that they talk down to or refuse to even listen to people who’s opinion differs from theirs.
I know I shouldn’t say this but I also find pathetic or drippy women slightly irritating. This doesn’t mean that I won’t try and get along with them or that they are as bad as the personality types I mentioned above but they irk me. I am also aware that what is considered as pathetic or drippy is different in everyones opinions so I can’t really explain to you what my idea of that is but as soon as a meet someone that I consider drippy I want to roll my eyes in despair.

Addicts. I don’t need them in my life at all. I put my time in in the salt mines of that whole scene in childhood. Now as an adult I have the choice to no longer deal with them
People who are OCDishly neat and tidy and try to control everyone around them to be the same way. I’m very clean, but just not that neat. I’d prefer to spend my time on people rather than things.

Cliqueish types. Fashionista. Anyone who judges others because of their physical appearance or social contacts and supposed status. I think the accepted term for these types is Snob. They can do so much damage to others and base it on such a flimsy idea.

Narcissists, know it all’s and Yapper’s who won’t stop talking. Worst is when you run across someone who is all 3!
I don’t let people get to me, I mostly try to make a note of the personalities that do rub me the wrong way and use them as a sort of guide of behaviors to avoid in myself. Everyone has their own little quirks and flaws so I try not to hold anything against them I just understand that person X behaves in a particular manner and I can either accept them for their flaws or simply avoid them. I’m sure I have an annoying trait or two so I try to be extremely forgiving to personality flaws in others and where I can’t I just keep contact to a minimum.
Absolutely yes. My job exposes me to many know-it-all ass holes. I have learned to be repulsed by the know-it-all type.
Arrogant people and phonies are huge turnoffs for me.

Howevr; there are times when I can’t get along with someone… so I stay away from that person…
I get along with most people but I do avoid people that complain a lot just because I get tired of listening to it.
Patronizing male chauvinists, know it alls, those who have owned a couple of dogs in their lifetime and are expert trainers and behaviorists and most of all those who will not allow a dissenting opinion, I am right and you must agree with me!!!
Usually, I just shake my head and walk away, but sometimes…... it drives me crazy!!!

People that can’t just say what they mean. They have to allude to what they mean, talk all around an issue, and expect someone to understand in 500 words or more what should have taken 1 sentence to say plainly.

@Rufus_T_Firefly You’re absolutely right. The most vile and racist Indian jokes I’ve ever heard came from Indians and Inuits themselves, and they all took it to good heart. I lived in Winnipeg for like 12 years, and they actually resented me being politically correct about what I should call them. I know it sounds racist to call them Indians-to anyone who’s not an Indian..
I will begin by apologizing for having a flexible sense of humor. I don’t see people in terms of color or race, I see the person and if that person also has a flexible sense of humor, so much the better. Television, movies and stand-up comedy are full of humor directed at my own white heritage and while some whites might take those jokes too seriously, I have learned to appreciate such humor from a wide variety of angles. My sense of humor doesn’t see color or race either. No offense was intended, if I have offended anyone, then I am truly sorry.
