Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the Winsor Pilates exercise chart for use when travelling?

Hello…I normally use a Pilates machine, but when travelling I used Mari Winsor’s Pilates workout chart…it was enclosed with her videos and it contained a series of exercises that were basics for you to do when travelling or unable to do the full set.

I went on a trip…and you guessed it…..I lost the chart. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the chart containing these basic Pilates exercises to do when travelling or when time is a constraint?

Once again, this chart of exercises was enclosed in the three DVD workout set…but it was a supplemental brochure that had pictures of the different exercises and was similar to a brochure.
