@rangerr hows that?:)

Axemusica's avatar

@strange1 I’m serious. I live in a 3 story townhouse, lol.

strange1's avatar

@Axemusica so thats the first floor then?—always confused me that one lol—

Axemusica's avatar

@strange1 no, the garage and 1 first floor/ family room. 2nd floor w/ kitchen. 3rd floor is all the bedrooms.

strange1's avatar

@Axemusica must be an american thing , thought the bottom was ground floor

Santa’s sleigh, I hope.

Axemusica's avatar

@strange1 oh I see what you’re saying. Yea, the first floor = the ground floor. So, yea in your terms yes the first floor. :)

strange1's avatar

@Axemusica ha ha we got there in the end

rangerr's avatar

It’s now 20 inches of snow.

strange1's avatar

About four feet of soil. It’s built into the side of a hill. like my house.

strange1's avatar

@rangerr i wish it would snow like that here in england

stranger_in_a_strange_land's avatar

@strange1 In this season it’s ‘how warm is that?” I heat 1200 square feet of living space on two cords of firewood per year.

spacemonkey's avatar

shingles maybe some leaves but i’s been windy so they may be gone.

SuperMouse's avatar

A bright green Hula-Hoop and lots of snow.

strange1's avatar

@SuperMouse can i have my hulahoop back please i think its mine

stranger_in_a_strange_land's avatar

@strange1 A stack of firewood 4ft x 4ft x 8ft. or 128 cubic ft. A conventional house would need about four times as much firewood to heat in this area.

spacemonkey's avatar

i see alot of people with this “snow” thing, doesn’t sound fun.glad i’ll never know it or see it.

strange1's avatar

@spacemonkey its fantastic fun in small doses, a bit disappointing when theres not enough

spacemonkey's avatar

@strange1 i’ll pass just the same.

strange1's avatar

throws snowball at spacemonkey

rangerr's avatar

24 inches now.
This is getting ridiculous.

strange1's avatar

@rangerr omg ye jest! if that happened here the whole country would stop and no exaggeration! last year schools closed for an inch of snow which is sickening really lol

rangerr's avatar

@strange1 One of the school systems near us closes if you can look outside and see more than 3 snowflakes. The country roads are near impossible to get plows onto, so they just cancel to be safe.

strange1's avatar

@rangerr rarely use ploughs here last time we had anything real here was about15 years ago the roads are only salted
