When you are at work, is it ok to have fun sometimes?

I am a firm believer (as a supervisor and manager myself), that employees work better and are more productive if they are allowed to have some fun as well. Sometimes if everyone is getting really stressed out, I’ll do something that will give everyone a break.
If I would have thought of it, I would have done something like this

How do you feel about this? Do you think that when you are at work, no goofing around should be tolerated or being done in moderation is ok?
