Is there a decompiler for iphone apps?

Asked by jballou (2128points) January 1st, 2010

I would like to look at source code for soe apps to understand better how to use the SDK for my own apps. Just starting out developing and while the tutorials are helpful, real-world working apps are always the best learning tool. Thanks

Yes, but you would have to know the language it is written in. If you don’t know you may have to use different ones till you find the one that works for that app.

I know what language it was written in (Objective-C) do you happen to have any names of decompilers?

Turbo makes a good one for C

If you ever need one without knowing the language any program can be disassembled into assembly
