What is the easiest method to upgrade iPhone from 1.1.1 to 1.1.3 without using iTunes?

Well, maybe you’re thinking about jailbreaking your phone… that’s just a single click.

The thing is, even those howto guides require that you use iTunes to get your iPhone to the correct firmware version first.
