Iphone theme problem?

hi,
I installed HTC theme on my iphone
problem I have is that I cannot set my weather to work
I used openssh to edit location as instructed on many website but cannot seem to make it work
I tried both yahoo and accuweather but no luck
can anyone help me with this?
ps) I live in Windsor, ON, Canada

o.k. I have no technological experience, but are the apps for your iphone able to work in Canada as opposed to U.S., maybe this has nothing to do with it, but there’s a little chance that it’s possible or no chance at all!
