Is it possible to enter photos from iPhone to Facebook Account?

If so could someone please describe the procedure (as if describing it to a child, step-by-step)?

Yes. With the iPhone app, click the little camera next to your status update line. It will ask if you want to take a new photo or choose from an existing one.
